Empties #4 cont. - Hair, Makeup, etc

Phew! Here is the next part of the empties post! This will teach me for leaving it so long!! Without further adieu…MOAR EMPTIES!

Fudge Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo

I actually ‘inherited’ this from my sister after she dyed over her ombre hair. It was a pretty good toning shampoo, lathers nicely and helped keep the brassiness out of my hair. I won’t be repurchasing this one, mainly because I won’t be blonde again for a while!

John Frieda Sheer Blonde Highlight Activating Conditioner

Another conditioner! Again, I mainly used this one as a dye additive for my bright colours. It did have a nice scent, but nothing overly special. I won’t be repurchasing it.

L’Oreal Elivive Anti-Breakage Repairing Conditioner

I go through A LOT of conditioner, partly because I need to keep my bleached hair in good nick, and partly because I use it when dying my hair bright colours. I didn’t really notice a big difference in breakage of my hair with this one. I won’t be repurchasing it.

Paul Mitchell Instant Moisture Daily Treatment*

I really enjoyed this daily treatment, and I think it did help with the overall strength of my hair. You can read more about it here. I would consider buying this one, once I have cleared my collection of other daily treatments (there are lots for me to get through - oy!).

LUSH Roots Hair Treatment

I loved using this treatment on my roots because it has an amazing minty feeling when applied to your scalp. I found that my hair was always much more voluminous and healthy feeling with this on my treatment list, and would definitely recommend it!

Fudge Paintbox in Goldfinger

I used this Fudge Paintbox in Goldfinger to make my hair a ‘flameball’ and also mixed it with Fudge Paintbox in Cherry Bomb (of which I also used up, but the tube has mysteriously disappeared!). Fudge Paintbox Colours are probably my favourite bright hair dyes, but they are quite expensive compared to some other brands that work just as well. If you would like to hear more about dying your hair bright, funky colours, let me know!

Factorie Polished Nail Polish Remover Wipes in Grape

I love using nail polish remover wipes, I feel like they don’t dry my skin out as much as the old fashioned way, and it’s much easier to remove the nail colour. The scent of this one was like Grape Hubba Bubba - delicious! I would repurchase this should I come across it again, but I am not sure if it is still available.

NARS Laguna Bronzer

*Sniffle* This was one of my first high end products that I bought myself after seeing a lot of my favourite YouTubers rave about it. In hindsight, it was probably way too dark for me to use as a contour like I was doing, but it is still an amazing bronzer. I probably won’t repurchase this one straight away, but it will be added to my collection again one day (after I finish backpacking in 2016 maybe?)

Skin79 Super Bablesh Cream Triple Functions (Orange)

I opened this one up before doing this empties post and found a tiny smidgen left in the corner! You bet I used every last skerick of this, and it was amazing. I will be repurchasing this BB Cream again soon too.

Chanel Vita Lumiere Aqua Foundation in BR10

I have really been suffering without this foundation. It has a lovely, light coverage, amazing scent, and generally makes my skin look amazeballs. I WILL BE REPURCHASING THIS. I can’t even handle it.

Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles in Brightener

This is another I will be repurchasing, along with checking out the other concealers and foundations in the line! It works so well at highlighting the under eye area and really works well to hide veins and discolouration.

Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder in Transparent

Not as nice as my favourite powder (L’Oreal BB Powder in Light) but still does the job, and at a fraction of the price! I think for my bank balance’s sake I will be buying this one again once I finish up my L’Oreal Powder.

Revlon ColorStay Eyebrow Liner in Blonde

I didn’t even get a chance to review/show you this one, or even mention it, because it was used up so quickly. It was really great, but not a lot of product is actually in the tube. I won’t repurchase this one, purely because the cost factor outweighs the product received.

L’Oreal Base Magique Primer

This is one of my favourite primers, and makes my makeup last all damn day! It has quite a silicone, velvety feel which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but it is certainly mine! I purchased this one full size (and now that is almost empty too, wah!)

I solemnly swear I won’t leave an Empties post so long again!

Amazing empties! You’ve really finished up a good few products! Ooh, how did u open up the BB cream? I will have to do that when I get near the end of my Pink one :)

I pulled off the gold lid part with tweezers (you can kind of see it loose in the photo) and there was a nice little spot of BB Cream hidden inside!
