Spring Ready Rita

If you have been living under a rock (or not checking your Twitter and Instagram) you might not know about the Rimmel London Rita Ora’s Colour Rush Range? When these two landed on my desk, I was more than excited. With Spring just around the corner, these two are going to be high on rotation.

The Rimmel London 60 Seconds Rita Ora Nail Polish in Breakfast in Bed* is a gorgeous mint shade (which is one of my all time favourite colours…could you tell?) and has a nice, creamy consistency. Although this is described as a one coat nail polish (it comes very close!) I prefer the added opaqueness of two coats. The formula is very quick drying (although maybe not 60 seconds, more like 2 minutes) and the brush is easy to manoeuvre, especially around my small nail beds!

One of my favourite Spring lip colours has to be coral, so when I saw Rimmel London Lasting Finish Colour Rush in Give Me a Cuddle* I knew that would be my choice! It’s a great, creamy consistency with a lightly scented formula. I will be doing a comparison post between this one and the Bourjois Peach on the Beach Lip Crayon (another great coral shade) soon so keep your eyes peeled!

Is anyone else as keen for Spring as I am??

That nail polish is so pretty! xx

Thanks Jasmine! I think it’s pretty similar to Essie’s Mint Candy Apple. Maybe a bit warmer toned :)

Thanks Amy! I love it too! I think I counted about 5 different mint nail polishes in my collection now, whoops! :P
